Responsibilities:

  • Active search and acquiring of new introducing brokers / bloggers / webmasters in newly established markets
  • Manage and increase recruiting of new affiliates, creation of affiliate network
  • Interaction with referees, optimization of procedures to maximize buying and selling of traffic
  • Support and solve issues with attracted affiliate partners
  • Implement strategies to increase the quality and yield of attracted affiliate partners
  • Stay current with affiliate marketing trends and identify new growth opportunities

Requirements:

  • Proven results and experience as affiliate manager / influence marketing manager; (fintech experience is a plus)
  • Strong interpersonal skills, optimism and initiative-taking approach;
  • Well-established network/community of influencers and webmasters in your country;
  • Must speak and write English and Vietnamese fluently, additional languages are considered an advantage
  • Own database of affiliates and contacts will be considered as plus
  • Understanding of sales principles and ability to deliver an excellent customer experience

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and enthusiastic Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Creation of Partner/ Affiliate Network;
  • Contacting new Affiliates to introduce the Company and its services and ascertain the needs and individual circumstances of each new Affiliate;
  • Coordination of work of Affiliate Managers in the following regions – South Africa, Vietnam, Malaysia
  • Monitor landing pages, referral links and performance by developing statistical reports as requested by management
  • Develop a detailed plan to track progress and contribute to the implementation of tools, techniques, and methodology within the department, to ensure high quality execution, according to the set deadlines
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation within scope and budget,
  • Regular online meetings with existing and new affiliates to drive business development and recognize their needs in order to perform

Requirements:

  • Mandatory experience in FX industry
  • BSc/BA in business administration, marketing and communications or relevant field
  • Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
  • Excellent knowledge of both Russian and English languages
  • Excellent leadership and organisational skills
  • Proactive attitude

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and enthusiastic UI/ UX Designer to join our dynamic team.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Creation and completion of digital assets (illustrations, infographics, static and animated ads, banners, etc.)
  • Ability to create on interactive prototypes (mobile applications, websites)
  • Understanding of localisation of assets into different languages
  • Reconfiguration of digital asset’s specifications according to the required format
  • Working on creative concepts for digital campaigns according to branding requirements
  • Work in a team with copywriters and senior designers
  • Maintain a well-organized digital stock library
  • Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards and trends

Requirements:

  • Candidate must be located in Cyprus
  • Experience in both website and mobile app UI/UX Designs 
  • At least 2 years experience with creating  digital assets for online marketing campaigns, preferably in the finance industry 
  • Strong IT skills with excellent knowledge of Figma, Photoshop and Illustrator. Other design programme experience will be an advantage (Adobe InDesign, After Effects etc)
  • Good at illustration and visualizing concepts
  • The ability to work under strict deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and enthusiastic Russian Speaking Chief Marketing Officer to join our dynamic team, based in Limassol. 

Duties and responsibilities

  • Design strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative
  • Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department
  • Set, monitor and report on team goals
  • Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies
  • Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)
  • Analyze consumer behaviour and determine customer personas
  • Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
  • Draft quarterly and annual hiring plans
  • Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)
  • Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness
  • Supervise the department and provide guidance and feedback to other marketing professionals
  • Produce ideas for promotional events or activities and organize them efficiently
  • Plan and execute campaigns for corporate promotion, launching of new product lines etc.

Requirements

  • BSc/BA in business administration, marketing and communications or relevant field
  • At least 3 year’s experience as Head of Marketing within financial services industry, preferably in the forex industry
  • Thorough knowledge of web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, DataSuite etc) and Google Adwords
  • Previous experience running successful marketing campaigns
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements and legal aspects of marketing forex related products and services
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills
  • Analytical and creative thinking
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Russian languages (at least B2 level)
